Is TensaFi really free during beta?
Yes. Every feature currently on the site works without a paid plan. Beta users also get three months of Pro included when we launch paid tiers.
How does Pro billing work?
Monthly subscription, billed on the day you sign up. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and keep access through the end of your billing period.
What is Commercial for?
Commercial is a per-seat plan for teams and firms. It includes shared strategies across seats, SSO, role-based access, and the ability to request custom tools tailored to your workflow. Contact sales for a scoped quote.
Can I switch or cancel plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancel anytime, no phone calls required.
Where does the market data come from?
Live quotes stream from Alpaca's IEX feed the moment the market opens. Historical bars come from Yahoo Finance, adjusted for splits and dividends.
Is my portfolio data private?
Yes. Portfolios and saved strategies are isolated per user via Supabase row-level security. We never share or sell your positions or watchlist data.
